Let us help you on your journey

AM Mortgages are here to help you, from initial discussion about your needs through to making a mortgage recommendation and managing the full application process, we’ll also co-ordinate completion dates or risk dates for your insurance contracts.

We pride ourselves on treating our customers fairly, and with honesty and integrity, and we are proud of the feedback and repeat custom that we receive.

We are on your side

As an impartial mortgage broker we:

  • look for the right mortgage for you
  • aren't on the lender's side, we are on yours
  • give you unbiased advice and choice from a range of lenders and products – you won’t get that going direct to a lender.

We know the industry

Mortgage criteria has tightened massively in recent times, with borrowers now having to prove affordability, even in the event of a rate rise. These extra checks have increased application times, that's why it's so important to have a mortgage broker on your side who understands it all, that's us.

  • We deal with lenders daily and understand each one’s application process, so know which one can process your application with minimal delays.
  • We know lenders’ background criteria and use this when advising you and processing your application.

We take your whole circumstances into account to recommend a suitable product, and it's this thorough approach and professional look at your finances that makes our advice work for you.
